Rocco Elgar was recommended to us for our new home inspection and we could not have been happier. He was quick, efficient and on time. During the inspection he walked us through concerning things that he saw and gave recommendations about what to do ourselves and when to hire professionals. He even gave us estimates on the spot. He made a potentially stressful part the home buying process go very smoothly. He also performed a radon test for us and was quick to send us the results.

Rocco Elgar, the owner of this business, did my inspection. I will say, with 100% confidence, I would recommend him to every home buyer/seller. He knows what he's doing and he looks for things that most forget exist. Very thorough in his inspection and he answers any questions with a response that is useful. He's reasonably priced, he knows his stuff, and he will make sure you are aware of any issues the home may have. He is worth every dollar he charges--if not more.
